The past year marks the rapid development of SHANXI YATAI DIGITAL REMOTE SENSING NEW TECHNOLOGY Ltd., Co. For the first time, in China, lidar system has been put into industry. Yatai rounded off the project in Nanning China. It means China has made the first digital electric power line’s design work with Lidar data. In the project，343 miles of high-resolution corridor Lidar data was collected to generate Digital Elevation Models and orthophotos were also collected and integrated with the DEMs. The final result, as measured by both parties, has met the standard of that required in China GB.
